The shed parts arrived exceptionally well packaged, made from high-quality materials, with no missing components at all. The assembly manual is clear and easy to follow. Assembly requires 2–3 people.

The delivery company was punctual, but the driver arrived alone and was unable to unload the truck properly, causing the packages to fall off the truck. Fortunately, after opening everything, we found that nothing had been damaged thanks to the excellent packaging.

The product turned out great-it was able to be assembled over a weekend with two people. The shipping, delivery and customer service were poor and I’m hesitant to recommend given that experience. The delivery driver stated he could not deliver without me providing another set of hands. The crates were dissembled in my driveway and I did not know if all the parts were there before signing off. I contacted customer service multiple times with slow response.
Luckily, the instructions were easy to follow and I am very happy with design but the overall process was not favorable.

This has been a great experience. I unfortunately bought this garden glass room from ShedSelect at first because it was thousands of dollars cheaper - (no surprise, I have now filed a fraud claim). When I ordered from Durashed, it was completely different. I got immediate communication, they called me to plan delivery details, answered the phone when I called with a question, they gave me all of the information I needed for delivery, and delivery (thru Estes) was seamless. I will update later once the shed is put together, but purchase and delivery was professional and responsive. Don't make the same mistake I did and try to save money - it ain't saved if you don't get anything!

I just got the DuraMax 10x10 Garden Glass Room, and I'm really happy with it. The setup was more straightforward than I expected, and everything you need comes right in the box. The instructions were clear, which was a huge help.

The room itself feels really solid and well-made. I love the glass walls because they let in so much light—it's like being outside without the bugs or bad weather. It's been the perfect place for keeping my plants during colder months, and it’s also become my favorite spot to just sit back with a book or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

The customer support was great too; they were very responsive when I had questions about the assembly process. All in all, this was a worthwhile purchase, and it's made a big difference in how much I enjoy my backyard..

Love this outdoor office space. It was simple to put together and follow the instructions. Insulated very well. I installed an LVP floor inside after putting it together. The whole thing took probably 6 hrs with two adults. The only downside (and design flaw) is the window. The outward swinging window doors is the absolute worst. Knowing that people are likely to add an AC/Hearing unit to this, and if they don’t want to put in a mini-split, what’s the next reasonable thing people will put in? A window unit! But guess what?! Because they decided to do a worthless outward swinging two door window, you can’t! The designer of this product failed big time. They should have made the window kit a single hung, up and down slider so almost ANY AC unit could be put in. Now instead you have to either cough up the money for a mini split or get a custom window made the right way.
